It was so worth it

In preparation of Squishy's arrival and the fact that we'll probably not leave the house for the next 18 years, papa Rob & I have been trying to go out on at least one "date" a weekend. It's usually just dinner, but it's nice to get out of the house and spend some adult time together while it's just the 2 of us and we don't have to worry about getting home to relieve a babysitter.
I've been craving P.F. Chang's for weeks so last night we headed there for dinner. And stood around & waited. For 90 minutes. Yes, I was willing to stand for 90 minutes because I was craving some damn lettuce wraps. And during that time not a single person offered me a seat, but it was lovely when I had a table full of people point and whisper about me like I was a damn sideshow.
We were finally able to snipe a spot at the bar, where I had the privilege of making small talk with an old man eating dinner alone (and by "privilege," I mean I tried to answer his questions about when my due date is, where I'm delivering, & who my OB is as quickly as possible while in the middle of stuffing my face).
Well, thankfully the food was delicious & I finally got to satisfy my craving, but this little beauty made the standing, the wait, the pointing & stares, and the old man's inappropriate dinner conversation totally worth it:
Great Wall of Chocolate
I should add, in hopes of coaxing Squishy out I ordered the Sesame Chicken because the menu said it was spicy (and if you know me, you know I hate spicy food). Unfortunately, it was not spicy and I still have an 8lb fetus kicking the shit out of my internal organs.
