Only Fi could be this happy after getting stabbed twice

She's dropped from 90th percentile for weight & weight to 75-90th for weight & 75th for height, but her giant brain is still growing at the 90th percentile. Her iron levels were very good, she took the heel stick & Heb B vaccine without even flinching.  The pedi was impressed by her leg strength & how well she held herself up, but the best part of the visit was when she looked directly at the pedi & said "hi." He looked at me and said "wow, I didn't know she was talking already." She then spent the rest of our time with him just babbling away. Usually she doesn't talk much around anyone but papa Rob & I so it was nice to see her smiling & chatting with the pedi. And it was nice for confirmation that we're not just those crazy parents that are imaging their kid is saying words that they're not.

And rest assured, I made sure I didn't lock her in the car this time.
