This is was a 5 hour nap looks like. Anneliese is still having sleeping issues, and it's anybody's guess what's causing it now. Last night she went to bed at 7 & was up at 9, 10, 11, the entire block from 12-4, 4:45, 5:15, & finally we gave up at 6:30. I swear, she slept better than this as a newborn!


I actually read in this month's issue of Parents magazine that when babies are learning to crawl or sit-up, they could be practicing these in their sleep & when they get "stuck" in that position & can't get back to their sleeping position, they wake up crying. It makes sense, considering when Fi wakes up, she's crying with her eyes closed, sitting up & rocking back & forth. Well that's great to know, but they didn't tell me how to fix it?!
