This plastic drum is one of Fi's favorite toy. She had one exactly like it at school and everytime I would drop her off, she would make a beeline for it (even if another kid was already playing with it), grab the drumstick and...proceed to shove it in her mouth. So she isn't playing with it the way it's intended, but she loves it all the same. Of course, when I knew she wouldn't be at school anymore, I knew we had to get her one of her own. This is apparently an older style, so no stores carried it & the ones I could find on Amazon or eBay were listed for $30+. For a plastic drum? That has no lights or music? Uh, no thanks.
Then one day in Buy Buy Baby, while searching for another toy, I saw this little drum with a beat up box, that someone had shoved to the way back of the shelf. The pricetag said $14. And I had a $5 off coupon so that little beauty came home with us, much to the delight of our budding musician.
