Offers you can't refuse

As Momma G mentioned, our 2nd new addition is a Weber grill. One of the highlights of my childhood was that we ate like kings. A big part of that being my parents' mad cooking skills and that we grilled all the time. Being predisposed to eating meat because of my O blood type and growing up with a grill, it's easy to see why I'm such a carnivore. So even though the grill Gena bought was fairly expensive, it's a good investment and I'm excited to start grilling on a regular basis, especially when people come to visit. Come to see Fi, stay for the food :) That includes you Dad E and the fam. I can picture it now...

What? Alli & Fi ate all the steaks? How’d they do that? Heck, I’m not even mad; that’s amazing!

The other big news in the past few weeks is that we scheduled Fi’s baptism (with my mom’s help) and asked our good friends Tony and Faith to be Fi’s Godparents. As expected, they accepted. I’ve been best friends with Tony since we were little kids and he was the Best Man at our wedding. Tony’s Italian and we’ve always joked around about his family’s “connections”. Now he can be a real Godfather :)

Here are Fi’s Godparents Tony and Faith at a Browns Game (with my smartass brother William in the background photobombing).
